The Company's Guiding Principles

Originally concentrating on the development of community centers throughout the Southeast, Connolly Realty Services, Inc. has expanded its scope of operations to include commercial land assemblages as well as office park and residential development.  Including the period founder Timothy J. Connolly spent with Cousins, Connolly Realty and its principals have been involved in over fifty projects not only in the Southeast, but also New England, the Middle Atlantic and Texas.

Quality, results and relationships are important to Connolly Realty Services, Inc. For 35 years, we have maintained a strong reputation throughout booms and recessions by following sound, conservative principles that have proven to produce excellent long term results. Real estate cycles can make anyone look like a hero or a fool, but smart investment based on cyclical opportunities and a balanced portfolio are as important as due diligence in property acquisition.  With an interest in maintaining quality over the long term, the company has invested time and money to continually upgrade and revise its procedures which both enhance execution and improve investment analysis.

We feel that our policy of quality, results and relationship can only be achieved in the real estate business by having a "hands-on" operation. History has proven that real estate does not lend itself to mass production, because of the effects of cyclical trends on the availability of profitable opportunities and on cash flow and personnel retention. In the future we will continue this policy when assisting investors and corporate users with their acquisitions, management and expansion programs.
