Since 1972, Connolly Realty Services has completed more than thirty retail, commercial land and office projects in the Southeastern U.S. We are a full service company which provides services including development, leasing, management, land sales and brokerage. Connolly Realty stresses a "hands-on" method of operation that emphasizes quality, results and diplomacy.

Preleasing and outparcel sales have begun for Dacula Town Center in Dacula, (Gwinnett Co.), GA, and the new Kroger anchored Hickory Flat Commons in Canton, (Cherokee Co.), GA.   In addition to Dacula Town Center and Hickory Flat Commons, there are other projects in the pipeline so please check back regularly.  Recent completed Kroger anchored retail projects include Dallas, (Paulding Co.), GA - Dallas Commons and in Duluth (Gwinnett Co.) In addition to retail, we have one office building plus office/industrial land within Corporate Lakes Office Park in Lawrenceville (Gwinnett Co.) GA available for self development and build-to-suit opportunities. 

Connolly Net Lease, founded in 2007, focuses on build-to-suit and net lease opportunities with Walgreens and other retailers in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
