Founded in 2007, Connolly Net Lease focuses on the development of build-to-suit and net lease opportunities with Walgreens and other retailers in the Southeast.  Kathy Okrongley, President of Connolly Net Lease, LLC, brings with her over twenty years of development experience, including a combined ten years with Walgreens in the Real Estate and Facilities Planning Departments. 

Brian Fratesi, Director of Acquisitions, has twelve years of experience in site selection and acquisition of commercial real estate.  Brian is responsible for market research, site selection, contract negotiations and the due diligence phase of the development process.  Brian is a graduate of Mississippi State University and is a licensed real estate broker.
